Raised in Victorville, CA: David is proud to serve the same community he grew up in. As the President and a producer of Twin Shield Insurance Agency, he’s passionate about helping small businesses protect what matters most while saving money in the process. He believes small businesses are the heartbeat of the U.S. economy and a true expression of the American dream.
Outside the office: David enjoys diving into strategy and storytelling as a longtime Dungeons & Dragons player, camping and hiking in the mountains, and spending quality time with his family. Whether it’s a simple barbecue or a weekend outdoors, family always comes first. On weekends you will often find him at this local gym, lifting weights and building his temple. Faith also plays an important role in his life.

Miguel Angel Leiva Amaya

Originally from El Salvador and now living in Hesperia, CA, Miguel brings both expertise and heart to his work at Twin Shield Insurance Agency. As a Trucking Specialist, he is dedicated to treating every client fairly and making sure they get the best deal possible on their coverage. His focus is on building lasting relationships with clients who keep goods — and the economy — moving.
Outside the office: Miguel enjoys riding bikes, playing basketball, and going out for sushi. A true foodie at heart, his favorite cuisine is Italian. Guided by faith, Miguel holds close his favorite Bible verse:

Passionate about helping people protect their livelihoods and what they’ve worked hard to build, Emmanuel is committed to giving every client peace of mind and confidence in their future.
Outside of the office: Emmanuel enjoys creative and adventurous pastimes. He’s a dedicated Dungeons & Dragons player, an avid Magic: The Gathering fan, and loves spending time in nature—whether camping under the stars or hiking trails. Above all, he treasures quality time with his daughter and close friends. A fun fact: he makes a mean carne asada on a cast iron skillet.
